Which sharing types do you have?
single, double and triple sharing. Each residence page shows which of these it has, and whether a bed is open right now.
Where are the residences?
Surya Royals Elite, Surya Royal White House, Surya Royals Surya Oliva, Surya Royals # 16 Veeranapalya, Surya Royal Victory Residency, Surya Royal One and Surya Royals #17 Victory Homes, in Bengaluru. Each page has the address and directions.
How do I reserve a bed?
Press Reserve a bed on a residence. You see the rooms open right now, verify your phone number with a one-time code, and pay a token amount to hold the bed. Rent and the token are confirmed inside that flow.
Can I see the room before I decide?
Yes. Book a visit and pick a video walkthrough, an in-person visit or a phone call, with a date and a time slot. Visits are free.
How is rent paid?
Through the Surya tenant app. You pay in the app, get a receipt each time, and raise complaints and requests from the same place.
